Was a lovely experience, they were very welcoming and we lost an earring but they were extremely accommodating and looked and sent it over to us! Me and my friends really enjoyed ourselves for an engagement party and will definitely be booking again!!
My Little one attends weekly swimming lessons here The pool is extremely well maintained. They have events for small parties and tou can book the facility for private sessions. Well worth a trio They also cater for afternoon tea packages and kids swim parties with the ability to hire inflatables. The hot tub, mini gym, steam room and entertaining area are all kept to the highest standards

This place is amazing and the customer service is great. I have to apologise again for going 5 minutes over time as it was hard to get my kid dressed and out of there as he was enjoying it so much. Will definitely be visiting again!

Booked for 3, my wife, son and myself. We paid for 1 hour. We were greeted at the gates and shown around the private pool facilities, how to operate the music, use the steam room and jacuzzi. There are also changing rooms with showers. We had a great time and will definitely return. Great place with a warm welcome!

Went as a family of six for a much needed rest day and enjoyed ourselves. Was met by host who allowed us to park on the driveway and gave us instructions about the pool, steam room and jacuzzi. Jacuzzi bubbles smelt a little cheap but was really warm and enjoyable for the relaxation. I would probably suggest having more time between end and start of next bookings would be useful (ie ten mins) and possibly additional changing rooms, as we had to time our turns to get out in time and make sure place is clean for next guests. Saying this, I would go back again as it was an enjoyable day and also gives privacy for a group - thank you.
